Kirsty FisherScreenwriter | Script Producer

Kirsty has been writing, script editing and script producing for over two decades.

She has written for both adult and children’s television including The Family Law, Mustangs F.C, Wanted, Dance Academy and House Husbands. Kirsty was in-house development coordinator at Burberry Productions for two years and was later part of the Playmaker Media showrunner initiative, Scribe. Kirsty has also mentored on New Zealand initiative Script to Screen’s Episodic Lab.

She recently script produced and wrote on The Family Law (S1-3) and the dystopian narrative comedy series, Creamerie.

Kirsty recently wrote on Surviving Summer for Werner Film Productions and Netflix, and is currently writing across three television projects – The Lost Flowers of Alice Heart for Amazon and Made Up Stories, Deadloch, the Kate’s latest endeavour also for Amazon and The Messenger for Lingo Pictures and the ABC.

Kirsty co-created, co-produced and co-wrote the award-winning comedy series, Laid with Marieke Hardy.  Kirsty and Marieke have teamed up again on a new project that has been optioned by an international production company.
