How do I apply for representation?

RGM Artists only accepts requests for representation by industry referral*. The industry figure who has referred you to RGM must call or write to us on your behalf. If you have been referred to RGM, please email us and indicate in the subject line the area in which you are seeking representation (e.g. Acting, Literary, Presenters).

Please follow the submission guidelines below and also supply the details of the person who has referred you in your email.

* An industry referral includes Producers, Casting Agents, Network executives, Screen Australia executives, film school, drama school or other relevant course tutors, actors, writers, directors or other industry professionals.

Can I apply for Voice Over representation only?

No, RGM Voices only represents those Artists who are currently represented by another area of the agency.

Any unsolicited applications for representation will not receive a response.

Please note that any materials submitted to RGM Voices will not be returned and all materials will be deleted or respectfully recycled.

Please do not submit your original or only copy of any materials.

RGM Voices cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any items.

RGM Voices is unable to offer any feedback on materials received.

 

Can I seek representation across various departments?

Yes, please indicate in your email subject line which areas of representation you are seeking.

 

Can I seek representation in one department only?

Yes, with the exception of Voice Over artists.

For other departments, please follow the submission guidelines above.

 

Do you accept Unsolicited Material?

RGM Artists does not accept unsolicited material by post, email, fax, courier or any other method of delivery. Any unsolicited pitches, ideas, concepts, suggestions, outlines or screenplays of any nature will not be considered or reviewed. We do not return unsolicited material, it will be deleted or respectfully destroyed without being read and RGM Artists cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any items.

 

How do I check the availability of your clients?

Please contact us and you will be directed to the appropriate Agent. If your enquiry is related to a Corporate Event, Personal Appearance or Charity request, please see below.

 

How do I approach one of your clients regarding a Corporate Speaking engagement?

Please go to our Corporate Speakers list or please email us with as much detail as possible.

How do I approach one of your clients regarding a personal appearance or attending our event?

Please go to our Corporate Speakers list or please email us with as much detail as possible.

How do I enquire about having one of your clients work with our charity?

Please email us with as much detail as possible, including the Charity details, Event details, Campaign & Ambassador details. Please ensure that you only indicate one client you wish to approach.

Please note that due to the volume of enquiries we receive, it will take 10 business days to process your request after we receive your completed form.

Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to any telephone queries within this time period. If you have any queries please include them in the form. Should your deadline for a response fall before this time period has passed, we are regrettably unable to assist you on this occasion.

 

How do I send an invitation for an event to one of your clients?

Please forward the invitation by email. If you need to send a hard copy please forward it to PO Box 128, Surry Hills NSW 2010 and include appropriate postage so it can be forwarded on.

Unfortunately, due to the number of invitations we receive, we are unable to follow up with RSVP’s.

 

Who do you represent?

We represent actors, directors, screenwriters, producers, cinematographers, podcasters, authors, playwrights, voice artists, radio hosts, chefs & food personalities, television & corporate presenters, influencers & creatives.

Please email us if you require a client list and let us know a little about why you require it. 

 

How do I secure the rights to a play?

From our Playwrights list, please select the Playwright for your required play and return the Amateur Licence Request Form provided on their information page.

 

Can I use the biographical material on the website?

The biographical material on the website is for information purposes only and may not be reproduced. Should you require a biography for one of our clients please contact us

 

Can I use the images on the website?

The images on the website are subject to copyright and may not be reproduced. Should you require an image of one of our clients please contact us

 

Can I send fan mail or other items to one of your clients?

You can post fan mail for individual clients to PO Box 128, Surry Hills NSW 2010. Please ensure to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope where appropriate.

Unfortunately, we are unable to track or follow up on any individual fan mail requests.

Please note we are unable to accept fan mail or requests of this nature by email.

Due to large volumes of fan mail received, we cannot guarantee our clients will respond, or any time frame of response.

Any items or gifts that are submitted to RGM Artists will not be returned. Please do not submit the original or your only copy of any materials.

RGM Artists cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any items. Any items sent via RGM are done so at your own risk.
