Adam DolmanScreenwriter

Adam Dolman, a graduate of the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (Master of Arts), has worked across a broad range of film and television projects. Most recently, Adam produced the feature film I Met a Girl, starring Brenton Thwaites, Joel Jackson and Lily Sullivan, which premiered at the 2020 Busan International Film Festival and was released in Australia and NZ as a Netflix Original Film in 2021. Adam was a story consultant on the Stan drama Bloom, which won a 2019 Logie Award for Most Outstanding Miniseries, alongside a Screen Producers Australia award for Drama Series Production of the year.

He produced the online series High Life, starring Odessa Young, which was nominated for an AACTA Award for Best Online Series and won C21’s International Drama Award at Content London.

Previously, Adam wrote for the long-running series Home and Away; wrote on the children’s series Lexie and Lottie: Trusty Twin Detectives and worked in creative development for Academy Award-winning producer Barrie M. Osborne.

In 2012, he undertook a Screen Australia funded internship at Red Wagon Entertainment in LA, working for Lucy Fisher and Douglas Wick (Divergent, The Great Gatsby, Lawless). Adam previously worked as a Financing Consultant on the feature Little Fish and was awarded the Kenneth Myer Fellowship to write a paper on international financing for Australian feature films.

He is currently in development on a new feature that he wrote and is producing.
